The Brain without a Man!

I wanted to scan these in before they turned yellow or, like one of my other sketches, blue. Bic pens can be very tempermental.

Chop

I've been experimenting with doing the same putty-like creatures, but cutting geometric shapes out of them, like squares or circles. I don't know why.

Yellowing Ink?

These two sketches I created right before an open studios at Long Beach. Unfortunately, I left them out for people to look at (even though they didn't). Short story long, they changed from black Bic ink to a yellow shadow. I tried to re-draw them but it seemed as though the ink I put on it also changed to yellow. I don't know what the hell happened, but I've never had this problem before. Oh, and to make my story less credible, the yellow some how didn't even show up in the scan.

For easy handling

I made this guy into a mezzotint. It came out fairly well, I just wish I could make really thin lines with mezzotint easier.

Water man

I like this guy a bunch. I can't remember the context in which he was created, but I'm sure it was interesting.
